Invoicing Specialist – Temporary Contract
The Davines Group, founded in Parma in 1983, specializes in professional cosmetic products under the brands Davines for haircare and [ comfort zone ] for skincare. As our Invoicing Specialist, you will support and collaborate with the existing team in activities related to the management of Italian and international invoicing, as well as the associated shipments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Invoicing and Shipping:
Domestic (Italy)
International
Diverse Items: Interest invoices, training courses, fixed assets, etc.)
- Sending delivery notes (DDT) to logistics for order preparation
- Requesting and archiving CEE certificates and customs documents
- Organizing shipments with national and international couriers
Managing customs procedures
WHO YOU ARE
- Diploma in Accounting
- Administrative, fiscal, and customs expertise to independently manage domestic and international invoicing
- Full-time fixed-term contract (maternity leave replacement)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of English will be considered a plus
