We are currently looking for an Executive Compensation intern. The successful candidate will be involved in the implementation of compensation processes and programs for executive and non-executive population.

Main tasks:
* Perform benchmarking analysis on compensation policies and practices to ensure internal consistency and external competitiveness
* Participate in the annual assessment and update of Group compensation policies , guaranteeing overall compliance with business /local specific regulatory requirements
* Contribute to analyzing national employment regulations, collective agreements, benefits and compensation policies
* Support the preparation of public and internal reports (such as Remuneration report), presentations of job analysis and compensation analysis information
* Contribute to managing the budget and process of salary increases
* Responsible for the participation in compensation surveys (internal and external ones) to ensure appropriate compensation across all department within the company

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
* Master degree in Economics, Engineering, Maths, or other similar
* Basic knowledge of Human Resources
* Excellent MS Office skills (in particular Excel and Powerpoint)
* Excellent written and spoken Italian and English is a must

* Solid analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to foster relationships and credibility
* Attention to detail
* Ability to handle confidential information
