Generali is investing in Diversity and Inclusion, which has become one of the key people strategy priorities and is closely linked to its business strategy goals.
The unit Group Diversity and Inclusion leads the Group Diversity and Inclusion strategy in order to create awareness and to unleash the potential value of internal differences, designs and leads diversity and inclusion initiatives and guidelines at Group level and steer the identification and implementation of local initiatives, leveraging on local needs and according to Group Diversity and Inclusion ambitions.

Within this unit we are looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Intern who will be entirely devoted to Diversity and Inclusion projects. The intern will have a privileged view of Diversity and Inclusion development programs at Group level and will actively contribute to their design, project management and deployment. The programs are aimed at achieving Group ambitions in terms of cultural diversity, gender, age and disabilities. The intern will have a true interest in this subject and ambition in developing a portfolio of activities, with a particular focus on the Group Diversity and Inclusion Communication Plan.

The ideal candidate will support the management of following activities:
* Writing and management of articles/posts for internal and external communications;
* Co-creating videos on good practices in terms of D&I;
* Coordinating of all communication on D&I globally;
* Proposing new and engaging ways/tools to raise awareness on the topic at Group level;
* Identifying and managing international D&I consultants.

The intern will be working in a highly engaging environment and has to be willing to study to get further insight into the subject as well as to work with a very wide international team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
* A bachelor’s degree
* International exposure (study or work experience)
* A sincere interest in Diversity and Inclusion topic
* Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel)
* Knowledge of digital, social/business networks will be a plus

* Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
* Proactivity
* Relationship management skills
* Creative, Curious, inquisitive, creative and open to challenges
* Collaborative and strong team player
