Pernod Ricard Italia is seeking an Internal Communication Specialist.

Role Scope:

The Internal & Corporate Communication Specialist has to manage external and internal communication for Pernod Ricard Italia, supervising the quality and consistency of all Company communications in terms of format, style, channel and efficiently managing PRI Group Communication relations. He/she will be part of the HR department, being also a liase between it and the other departments for all the activities and tasks related to the role.

Main Tasks

• Supervise the quality and consistency of HR company communications in terms of format, style, tone of voice, channel
• Understand and communicate key business messages and HR initiatives in a compelling way
• Managing and developing all internal communications channels, ensuring they are easy to use and engaging
• Support HRBP team in the creation and delivery of transformational and behavioural change communications
• Support all the activities related to the delivery of internal events in terms of quality and structure of the events
• Look for new opportunities to engage with employees through their environment and digital channel
• Provide tools and resources to HR and managers to improve targeted actions to address gaps in engagement
• Provide best practice thinking and recommendations to evolve employee engagement across the company
• Gather and analyze key data and trends to drive employee engagement and translate into meaningful feedback for executives

Requirements & skills

• Degree in Communication / Literature
• 1+ years experience in HR or communication department / agency / Journalist
• Excellent knowledge of English both spoken and written
• Previous experience in multinational companies
• Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
• Excellent writing, editing, and Power point skills
• Familiarity with creation of digital content (video making and editing skills)
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships.
