Adecco Life Science is looking for of a Technical Support Admin for an important Medical Devices Company: GENERAL SUMMARY: DEPARTMENT: Technical Services JOB TITLE: Technical Support Admin REPORTS TO: Field Technical Support Lead JOB PURPOSE: The Technical Support Admin is accountable for the assistance to all the Technical Service by facilitating customer request resolution for new installations, escalated calls engaging the required technical team members by following structured procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Prepare reports that will assist in the support of Technical Service needs. · Help manage all daily/weekly and monthly field reports (i.e.: response time, time & material calls, service calls, etc.) for all equipment. · Manage customer billing preliminary process (complete the TS member timesheet with other items before sending it to the invoicing process). Setup and edit customer information in all concerned TS systems application. · Maintain TS Systems and Database. · Assure customer data accuracy and support any business request on contracts and offers. · Maintain high levels of customer expectations for prompt telephone responses. · Follow up with unsatisfied customer to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied. · Position is highly involved in the TS administrative activities · Support Customer Service office, Finance and Supply Chain in the cross-functional administrative activities · Support monitoring logistics, forecasting likely levels of demand for services, in order to assure the efficient delivery of equipment and spare parts in a timely manner. · Carries out the prioritization and dispatching of work order / tickets. · Support the Technical Service Supervisors on technical resolutions and prioritization. · Support internal control inspections. Support the TS Support Lead in all service offers with timely and accurate information on items and their prices for commercial offers. Support the others functions providing information for operational or selling purposes. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIRED FOR POSITION: · High-school diploma in electromechanical, or similar technical background and a minimum of 2 working experience in the service field support, with a strong technical and logical background is preferred. · Cross trained in all shift duties. · Must have strong oral and written communication skills, together with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Good English proficiency is preferred. · Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities. · Sound Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO9001, is preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS · Three years customer support experience plus 5 year high school diploma, or equivalent combination of education and customer-focused office administration experience. · Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office, and basic accounting knowledge needed. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage simultaneously multiple projects and priorities. · Committed to provide the highest level of customer support. · Strong team player who can generate willing support from other team members/personnel. · “Can do” attitude. Strong problem solving skills and self-motivated person is required. · Must possess excellent telephone/verbal communication skills, have the ability to translate customer problems into an effective action plan and have the ability to read and understand technical documentation to assist in these communications. · Ability to understand and assist customers with account billing issues, distribution of service products and other paperwork difficulties as they pertain to the technical service operation. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: Personal Characteristics · Must be highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. · Must have strong oral and written communication skills, together with team building skills.
