The unit is in charge of designing and delivering key training and development initiatives to enrich the potential of our people and equip them for our business challenges.

Within this function Group Academy is looking for a Learning Project Manager.

In this role, we are looking for a learning professional who has the ability and initiative to understand the business needs, analyze issues and influence solutions/outcomes. We are also looking for a team player who not only respond effectively to a variety of training scenario but is able to work closely with a global team to effectively prioritize and deploy training programs based on customer needs.

The successful candidate will be involved in the following activities:
• End-to-end management of the Group Academy training activities: from needs analysis stage, to management and execution of training
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Organization Development, HRBPs, business leaders/managers, external consultant etc. to ensure learning and development priorities are delivered effectively and with maximum ROI
• Develop core and functional competencies with programs that drive continuous learning and applications
• Evaluate, develop and implement relevant learning curriculums based on the current and future business needs to ensure the know-how, skill, and performance of employees will be enhanced effectively
• Govern design and delivery of programs including classroom training, workshop facilitation, speaker series, panel discussion, e-learning, team building activities etc
• Be a point of contact for the internal and external trainers to support the master course and learning curriculum implementation
• Liaise with local and global Learning & Development partners to leverage relevant tools and training resources
• Measure and report the impact of L&D interventions using metrics and performance results

REQUIRED SKILLS:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
• 6-12 years’ experience in HR position or similar role
• International exposure (study or work experience)
• Proven track record in designing and deploying learning solutions included blended learning or standalone digital learning solutions
• Experience in all activities in the training cycle design, delivery, evaluation
• Ability to network and federate project members through motivation
• Excellent verbal and written skills, fluency in English
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

• Ability to work in team
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Must maintain confidentiality at all times
