Within the Group HR & Organization function - Group Organization & Workforce Planning-Group HR Digital Processes team, we are looking for a Group Digital Specialist. The mission of this unit is to define guidelines, strategies and assure the implementation of HR Information Systems at Group Level

The Group HR Digital Specialist that will directly report to the head of Group HR Digital Processes team and will be responsible for managing and overseeing current Group HR tools as well as coordinating new change initiatives.

S/he will be mainly accountable for:
• Support business as usual activities in maintain Group Core HR information system managing sensitive and confidential matters
• Ensure employees’ data integrity to enable Group HR processes
• Interact with Local HR / IT to address issues related to data uploaded from local systems
• Steer and monitor Group performance management process for Generali top 200 population and coordinate the process at local level
• Support the team on new strategic Group HR initiatives
• Maintain awareness of current trends, applications and tools in Digital HR with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support and applying key technologies

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
• Master Degree in Economics or Engineering, MBA as a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions for structured / complex business or international consultancy firms
• Proven experience of working in international environments and managing multiple projects guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery
• English and Italian full proficiency, other language such as French, German or Spanish is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Office (excel, ppt, word)
