DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Within the Global Transactions function (Milan Head Office), he or she will be responsible to:
• support preparation and coordination of the weekly Global Investment & Divestment Pipeline, liaising with the Local Transactions teams and the Fund Managers, providing regular update of the Transactions reporting for the different departments (CEO, CFO, Risk Management), and preparing investment memorandums for the Group Governance;
• support the coordination of the real estate committees, defining and filtering the eligible deals to be submitted, reviewing and improving cashflows and assumptions coming from the local transactions teams, and performing multiple-scenario analysis, sensitivities and hold-sell cases;
• support the coordination of multi-countries transactions (portfolio deals) and ensuring coverage, investment origination and execution in new markets not yet included in Generali Real Estate Regions.
Requirements:
• studies of Economic sciences completed with a Bachelor's Degree;
• possibly with real estate related additional qualifications;
• 2-3 years of experience in real estate (e.g. investment, business development)
• appropriate financial and real estate knowledge;
• specific knowledge of property KPIs and market data;
• quantitative skills and analytical abilities in Organization and working under pressure;
• professional Excel and PowerPoint knowledge;
• English fluent, oral and writing
Soft skills:
• autonomous, committed, responsible, results driven;
• good communication and presentation skills.
