Role Summary:
As Employee HR Manager you will be the first point of contact for People Leaders and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions. You will execute our key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. You will also act as the HR manager of record for a client group. f

Essential Responsibilities:
• Model and reinforce behaviors that best reflect our cultural aspirations, purpose and beliefs.
• Align our HR processes, organizational structure and systems to deliver on our strategy, progress our desired culture and attract, retain and develop talent
• Be an employees and business advocate.
• Have the courage to do the right thing, promoting the well-being of our employees and ensuring our processes and practices assure an ethical and respectful environment
• Support and coach your client to look at best possible solutions following Lean principles implementation
• Understand and balance compliance and local labor/regulations with business priorities
-Establish positive personal relationships by being credible, trustworthy and approachable
• Maintain and be valued for your independent point of view.
• Use technology to generate insightful analytics.
• Identify trends, anticipate outcomes and make data-based decisions.
• Proactively participate to initiatives and projects that will contribute to enabling the business strategy Lead key HR processes in the assigned client groups


Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master degree from an accredited university (ideally Law, HR, Economics)
• Solid HR leadership experience in an industrial environment
-Proactive and self-starter
• Able to work independently and to communicate with stakeholders all-across the organization
• Comfortable with dealing with uncertainty and delivering in complex scenarios
• Confident with digital tools and media
• Fluent English and Italian
• EU work permit

• Strong problem solving skills; ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment
• Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
• Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational & documentation skills
• Proponent of the segmented HR model, understands the benefits
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
• GE HRLP Graduate or graduate of a similar program
• PHR/SPHR certification
