"Within the Group and GHO Cost Allocation & Control Unit, the GHO dedicated team is responsible to:
* Directly manage all the financial processes of GHO as a business unit with regards to operating and non operating expenses (quarterly and full year closing, forecasts, 3y plan and budget)
* Support the top management in the budget allocation decision across different GHO functions and projects – from this year with the mandate to setup a Zero-based-budget approach
* Administer the infra-year approval process related to individual investments
* Maintain and upgrade the IT systems to support the abovementioned tasks

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities also coordinating other team members:
* Evaluate, challenge and prioritize the funding prooposal of different GHO functions
* Preparation of synthesis / recommendation to top management for validation
* Administration of different financial processes (closing, forecast, plan) orchestrating different actors (functions, HR, ITCF, service companies, etc)
* Support to GHO functions for all operational topics related to budget"

* Fluent in English
* Preferrably Degree / Master in Economics or Finance, with top-grades
* 6+ years of working experience, ideally with controlling/acounting backgroup
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Multitasking approach, able to deal with multiple issues and multiple projects in parallel
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Quick learner, proactive, and curious
