Position Title: Customer Service Assistant
The resource will be included in the Customer Service Department, he/she will support the Customer Service team in all the activities related to the management of the Customers.

Responsibilities:
• The candidate will support the Customer Service Team for the management of the Customers, keeping them always updated on the order status, following the Customer Service Supervisor guidelines and recommendations;
• He/she will be responsible for the proper data entry of the customers’ orders;
• He/she will be responsible for the management of the archive; the filing of the invoices, declarations and confirms;
• Interacts with the Sales Manager for a proper Clients’ orders fulfillment;
• Handle products discounts and returns, assists with refunds or exchanges, attempts to persuade customer to reconsider before cancellation.

Skills and abilities required:
• IT abilities (use of PC, in particular Excel and Power Point).
• Flexible, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving, precision, attention to the details.
