The Group Investments, Asset and Wealth Management Business Unit manages the investments of Generali insurance companies worldwide, as well as third party clients.

Within the Business Unit, the Business Accelerator office is in charge of support the Chief Financial & Strategy Officer (CF&SO) in implementing key projects and other growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will support the Head of Business Accelerator in the implementation of key projects across the Business Unit, by:
* Supporting the acceleration of the strategic initiatives implementation (both at Business Unit and Company level);
* Supporting the coordination of the priority projects, supporting the BU Companies in project execution via program management;
* Speeding up the execution of BU projects to ensure delivery of results;
* Performing analysis in order to identify and support the launch new business initiatives, triggering innovation, identifying new channels

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Requirements:
* Master Degree / Master of Science, with top-grades
* 3-5 years of experience in leading consulting or asset management firm
* Fluent English
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to execute efficiently
* Multitasking approach, able to deal with multiple issues and multiple projects in parallel
* Self-starter, adaptable and able to prioritize
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Quick learner, proactive, and curious
* Strong interpersonal skills, teamworker
