The unit is in charge of designing and delivering key training and development initiatives to enrich the potential of our people and equip them for our business challenges.

Within this function Group Academy is looking for an HR Project Manager.
In this role, we are looking for a HR professional who has the ability and initiative to understand the business needs, analyze issues and influence solutions/outcomes. We are also looking for a team player who not only respond effectively to a variety of HR processes scenarios but is able to work closely with a global team to effectively prioritize HR activities based on customer need.

The successful candidate will be involved in the following activities:
* Support the full cycle of HR activities, helping to define and deliver a clear strategic approach for implementing allocated projects related in particular to learning and development perimeter, ensuring that these adhere to concept of achieving operational excellence, ensuring that decisions and actions are clearly communicated to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
* Be a partner with the stakeholders and other affiliates to ensure task delivered are aligned with the HR Company’s Strategic Planning
* Support the relevant HR projects as defined with/by the overarching programme governance
* Provide statistical and aggregated data reporting to the Business Functions and the Group
* Become the primary contact for the relevant projects as defined with/by the overarching programme governance
* Support critical projects and direct teams in strategizing, planning, executing, and delivering HR initiatives, while being involved in day-to-day project activities before hand-off to steady state
* Support the project teams and vendor partners to ensure successful and optimized management of projects and business solutions
* Provide contribution to establish, review, streamline and optimize processes, procedures, delivery frameworks and methodologies for effective project oversight

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
* 4-8 years’ experience in HR position or consulting firm
* International profile
* Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
* Excellent verbal and written skills, fluency in English
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work in team
* Creative and innovative thinker
* Must maintain confidentiality at all times
* Ability to liaise with different corporate stakeholders and political savviness
