The "Business Continuity & Digital Identity Management" team is in charge of:
* Coordination and governance of Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery management, in terms of definition of Business Continuity Plans and all documents aimed to define all scenarios and deriving procedures to be followed in case of operational activities disruption. The team also coordinates and drives all Business Unit companies for the business continuity management process.
* Coordination and governance of Access Management processes, in terms of definition of the standards to be adopted at Business Unit level for the users accounts provisioning, deprovisioning and change.

The team also provides guidance and support within the Business Unit to all topics related to Information Security on access management side, in terms of IT risk management and security guidelines.

The main goal of the position is to support the Team working on Access Management Governance for all applications managed by the Business Unit. The main tasks are:
* Support the Information Security function with the reporting process to senior management, the board and to Business Unit Legal Entities to whom GIH provides security services
* Provide support to other members of the team in managing all the requests from the audit and building consisting reports
* Coordination of providers/ teams in charge of access management activities
* Support the coordination of all projects and initiatives in which the team is involved
* Propose enhancements and apply best practices to daily team operations.
* Support all daily activities monitoring and applying company procedures and sector best practices in terms of Information Security
* Support the team in the update of procedures
* Participation to all projects in which the team is involved

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* Master's degree in IT topics, Management Engineering, Management & Economics
* Previous experience (up to 2 years) in a Big Four within IT Risk Assurance/IT Project Management context
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Italian; French or German is a plus
* Quick learning ability and Analytical capabilities to understand process and tasks
* Excellent Excel skills
* Certifications such as ISO27001 or similar would be a plus
* Strong personal, resilient, very good communication and hands-on skills
* Service oriented and good team work even under pressure
