GSS provides shared services to the Group companies, with Head Office in Italy and branches in 5 European countries, a total staff of about 1.000 people.

For the RCTO Italy and GHO Division we are looking for the Head of Local End User Services.

The Local End User Services Department is accountable for the end user services provided to all the users based in Italy by:
* Ensuring the development of the end user services in line with the global architectures and standards identified by the Company;
* Guaranteeing an efficient management of workplace infrastructure (incl. Citrix/VDI and MDM);
* Guaranteeing the provisioning of Service desk, on site support and local support services, ensuring resolution or dispatching, within the SLAs, of the workplace related incidents/requests raised by the users;
* Guaranteeing the end-to-end videoconference related services both as infrastructure and end-point management;
* Providing the telephony related services (traditional, skype-based, mobile);
* Guarenteeing the management of the contact center infrastructure for the Italian entities of the Generali Group.

He/ She will coordinate the following areas:
* Workplace Management;
* Help Desk;
* Network & Telephony.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* Technical knowledge of the managed services
* Results oriented with strong analytical skills aiming at properly manage SLAs, reporting, 3rd parties;
* Strong focus on service management, communication, stakeholders' management;
* Previous experiences in managing geographically distributed teams;
* Previous experiences in providing services to a large number of users, strongly differentiated by needs and geography (directional users, agencies, branches, …);
* Fluent English, another European language is a plus.
