Group Life & Health Insurance defines and ensures the implementation of technical standards for Life & Health Insurance business, monitors and challenges Group and Business Units technical performance and action plans, builds professional communities to share best practices and support, facilitates capability building, optimizes the management and value creation in the in-force life portfolios and manages the life product approval process, steers BUs towards Unit Linked, Protection and Health business and ensures that the Life & Health strategy is delivered consistently taking account of profitability, competitiveness, customer needs and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will support the Unit-Linked Savings & Pensions unit in:
* ensuring that the entire value chain is managed in line with Group strategy through engagement with the relevant teams (e.g. Group Investments, Group Information & Digital, Group Strategy, Bancassurance, Group Hedge Center and external partners)
* steering, controlling and supervising relevant New Business targets and KPIs (e.g. UL Share, Business Mix, % of internal UL funds), including promptly reacting and triggering local remedial actions in case of deviations from Plan results and specifying and assigning targets
* contributing to internal projects and departments (e.g. Life Strategy projects, cross-divisional/country projects)
* monitoring and leveraging Unit-Linked industry trends to identify new solutions for the Group
* building professional communities to share best practices, support and advise BUs and Regions in product design and solution developments (incl. value proposition, guarantee management, distribution approach, best-practice)
* driving product intelligence (e.g. research, market and competitor watch)
* promoting the Group priority to shift production towards Unit Linked
* cooperating with other Group Life & Health departments

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* Master's degree or above in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Engineering, Economics
* 3+ years of background in Actuarial Science or related relevant experience
* Strongly preferred: 3+ years of technical experience in Unit-Linked and/or Investments (actuarial, market related, risk)
* Strongly preferred: working commercial knowledge of Unit-Linked products
* Strongly preferred: working knowledge in Finance: pricing, structuring, risk management, equity and fixed income markets
* Language skills: fluent English is a must; Italian / French / German desirable
* Ability to work in an international environment with tight deadlines and deliver results under pressure
* Proactive approach, good problem-solving, quantitative and communication skills
* Well-organized and able to handle several projects/BUs in parallel
* Proficient in use of MS Office application tools
* Reliable, resilient and flexible
