The Strategy & Business Accelerator office is in charge of support the Chief Financial & Strategy Officer (CF&SO) in steering the strategic vision of the Business Unit (with a particular focus on Asset Management), developing its strategic guidelines and leading the implementation of its key projects Originating and executing M&A deals and other growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will support the Financial & Strategy team in monitoring and supervising the implementation of strategic projects concerning distribution, product development, finance, HR, etc...

In particular he/she will support:
* Steering the ongoing strategic project (14 streams, covering all the BU main functions Research, content preparation and daily activity
* Managing the meetings and preparing the reporting (PMO activity)
* Prepare the update material for the monthly Executive Committee
* Support on the broader strategic review of the BU
* Development of the strategic guidelines of the whole BU

REQUIRED SKILLS:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* High personal motivation, enthusiasm
* Confidence in dealing with people, within and outside the team
* Degree in Economics or Finance, with top-grades
* International mindset and experience
* Analytical skills, problem solving capabilities and good team player
* Comfortable with working under pressure and with tight deadlines
* Very fluent in English; other language would be considered a plus
