The Junior Personal Assistant will assist the CEO’s Assistant and the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks. These activities are:
a. managing an active calendar of appointments;
b. completing expense reports;
c. composing and preparing correspondence;
d. arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.

Other tasks are:
1. Communicating with the staff on the CEO’s Assistant and CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally;
2. Drafting reports, ppt presentations for weekly meeting;
3. Arranging meetings, conferences, and committees supporting the CEO for his agenda.
4. Arranging hotel accommodations for the CEO and his staff if request; processing travel reimbursement requests and approve them for CEO’s team.
5. Coordinating the agenda of the CEO and management team for their meetings. Prepares a final report of the meetings and follows up on assigned action items.
6. Helping as needed to CEO Assistant, answering phones, accepting package and other deliveries, lunchtime relief, and greeting and signing in visitors/guests.

•Position reports to the CEO’s Assistant and works directly with the CEO’s direct reports.
•Works directly with the CEO’s Assistant and her team.

Skills and abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Good level in Windows, including Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint
- Ability to conduct research and present data in a well-written manner.
- Ability to work proactively;
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills;
- Fluent in English
