The unit Group Talent Management & Strategic Sourcing has a global reach and ensures the definition and the implementation of key HR development processes and guidelines at Group Level. The purpose is to attract best talents from the external market and to develop internal high potentials through career planning and mobility opportunities in order to build a solid and sustainable leadership pipeline.

Within this unit we are looking for a Group Talent Management and Strategic Sourcing expert, that will manage the following activities:
* Support Talent Management processes at Group level (Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Planning) for senior Leaders;
* Coordinate the Talents Identification process at all organizational levels according to Group’s guidelines;
* Actively work on the career planning activities for specific functions and for Talents, leveraging on Group opportunities;
* Prepare analysis and monitor KPIs related to Talent Management;
* Organize Talent Events and other developmental initiatives to sustain Talent’s growth;
* Proactively engage with the Global Talent Managers community to reinforce a Group Common Culture;
* Plan and conduct meetings, prepare presentations for management and executives;
* Manage Change and Communication Initiatives related to Talent Management & Strategic Sourcing.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
* Degree in business/ organization/ management preferred
* At least 6-8 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on Talent development and career planning
* Previous experiences in consulting firms or in complex international organizations
* International exposure (work experience preferred)
* Strong project management and communication skills to design, implement and coordinate complex and global Talent processes
* Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel)
* Knowledge of digital, social/business networks will be a plus
* English proficiency
